Visit Tanzania largest and most famous National Parks with the wildebeest migration expected in December and May, Tree climbing lions and birdlife in manyara and finally a tour to the worlds most visited destination (Ngorongoro) famous for high wildlife concentration and breath taking sceneries.

Day 01: Nairobi - Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
Deaprt Nairobi after breakfast and drive to Arusha, thereafter proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Twiga/Jambo/Fig Tree campsite. The Lake Manyara National park is serene and beautiful with main attractions of a rich bird life, tree-climbing lions, its elephants, and hippos that you can see at closer range than most other places. Lake Manyara is an alkaline lake and at certain times of the year hosts thousands of flamingos and a diversity of other bird life. Although it is one of the smallest parks, its vegetation is so diverse enabling it to host a variety of wildlife habitats.

Day 02: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge the archeological site of Leakey’s family. Meals and overnight at Seronera Public campsite.

Day 03: Serengeti National Park
A full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the plains. Dinner and overnight at Seronera Public campsite as the day before.
You can visit the park all year round but there is less game in the park during the dry season – July /October, where they migrate to the Masai Mara in Kenya. During March to May the herds move in search of grazing to the southern section and in May to June, they move towards the western corridor of the park. Serengeti in the low season will still offer game viewing to match that of any park in Africa, and for some, the fact that there will be fewer tourists may be an added bonus
Serengeti comes from the Maasai word "Siring" meaning "Endless Plain", which really is what it means: hundreds of kilometers of flat surface land, better termed "The Sea of Grass On Plains". The first understanding about Serengeti comes from its distinction of the ecosystem from the Serengeti National Park itself. The ecosystem encompasses the following: Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area in the south east, Ikorongo, Grumeti and Maswa Game Reserves in the western pockets, the Loliondo Game Control Area (also known as government approved hunting blocks) in the north east, and in the north by the famous Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya, thus the Serengeti National Park itself is cushioned within these game control and reserves. The Serengeti ecosystem is approximately 27,000 square kilometers and the park is documented at 14,763 square kilometers.

Day 04: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater Rim
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro, one of the natural wonders of the world. Meals and overnight at Ngorongoro Simba Public Campsite.

Day 05: Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Northern Tanzania Camping Safari
After early morning breakfast, leave with picnic lunch for a full day crater tour, you will be taken 2000ft down the crater by a 4wheel drive vehicle. Explore the crater before ascending back to the Ngorongoro Simba Public/Kudu campsite for dinner and overnight.
The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest whole volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena.
It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence, but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals. Ngorongoro and other freestanding mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million years ago. When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.

Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater Rim - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast in Ngorongoro drive to Tarangire. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire/Kigongoni Campsite.
This National Park, gazetted in 1970, is 118km away from Arusha town, which covers an area off 2600sq km that's about 1600 miles and derivers its name from the Tarangire River that flows through the center of the park. The river flows from south to north/northwest and empties its water in Lake Burungi. An exceptional collection of "Acacia tortilis" and baobab trees ahs become synonymous with the name Tarangire National Park. The best time to visit Tarangire National Park to view the wildlife is in dry season, from June-October.
