The most spectacular feature within this rich biodiversity is the mountain gorilla found in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in the southwest. We have chimpanzee and many monkey species. Kibale National Park alone has twelve different species of primates, possibly more than found anywhere else in Africa.
